The Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (LSAMP) Scientist Program at the University of Washington, Seattle
Dr. Cheung has chaired the Faculty Mentoring Committee for the LSAMP Scientist Program since 2021. This committee is dedicated to mentoring LSAMP students who are interested in research.
The Frontiers in Science (FIS) Program at the Center for Theoretical Biological Physics (CTBP), Rice University and the University of Houston
Dr. Cheung was the Outreach director for the FIS program at the CTBP from 2013 to 2021. Since 2021, she remains as an advisor. This program is dedicated to broadening the participation of undergraduate students from under-represented groups in science research.
